After much discussion and research, the board of Delray Oaks West would like to start the process of replacing the roofs in the Garden apartments with Steel and replacing the shingles with Boral Stone in the quads.
Not only will this help modernize DOW and increase values of your property values the new roofs have a lifetime of 40-50 years.
The roofs will be done over 10 years.
In order to do this we need your vote as 75% of the homeowners must agree to this material change.
All Zoom participants will be able to hear the speaker and see the samples (which are also at the clubhouse and on the owner’s page) but will not be able to ask questions or participate in discussion. We are happy to take questions via email after the presentation.
