We have a lot of new residents and some familiar faces who have similar questions. So, let’s make things clear for all residents:
1. When you are on the Enumerate application and you have questions about your current and past balances, please call Mahogany and speak with Charis or Michaela.
2. Maintenance fee payments are due on the 1st of the month. If your payment is not received by the 15th of the month, you will receive a Late Notice. If your payment is not received by the 30th of the month, you will receive a second Late Notice listing the past month and current month balances now overdue. If by the 15th of the following month both payments remain outstanding (more than $1,000), all contact with Mahogany will cease, and your account will be turned over to the DOW Attorney for collection.
3. All bulk pick ups should be put out late Friday afternoon or Friday evening. The City pick up usually begins around 6 am on Saturday. Please do not ever lean anything against the dumpster as it prevents the trash truck from picking up the dumpster. Also, they will not pick up the dumpster if it is overloaded or blocked in any way.
4. Please break down all boxes before placing them in the recycle bins. If the recycle bin is already full, still break down your boxes and put them in the dumpster.
5. Please, no food waste or liquids should be put in the recycle bins. They make a mess and create an odor.
6. If your fence has been replaced recently, give the fence a few months to dry out, and then paint it one of the 5 approved colors listed on the DOW website under Miscellaneous. Also, the colors are listed on the bulletin board at the Clubhouse.
7. No one is allowed on the roofs at any time, unless they are a contractor servicing the A/C units or an Association vendor working on the A/C unit or roof. If a homeowner sees anyone on a roof, snap a picture of the individual and send it to Mahogany. If possible, please date and time stamp the picture.
8. No one is allowed to paint, deface, or damage community property. If a homeowner sees any damage being done to community property, please take a picture and send it to Mahogany.
9. All work orders should be submitted to Mahogany either by email or called in. No work orders should be left at the Office door in the Clubhouse.
10. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. Homeowners must pick up all dog waste. For your convenience, the Association provides dog waste bags on poles located around the community.
11. Please be considerate of your neighbors with noise and pets.
12. Please be considerate of others at the pool and clean up after yourselves. Please also close the umbrellas before departing. No glass at the pool or tennis courts. No pets at the pool. Kids need an adult to be present in both the pool and the Clubhouse areas.
Thank you for your cooperation and adherence to these Community standards. We all live here, and by following these standards, we can enhance the quality of life here at DOW.
