This is the daily Delray Oaks West Update. HVAC Update. All units are operating as intended. Drains and equipment mounting will be completed after roofers are done.
The weather is showing rain for the next three days so we are planning on finishing up the buildings we have open and we will not start another building (2945) until Monday due to the threat of bad weather. During this time we will be installing the metal coping caps on the 4 buildings already completed or in the process of being completed. Matthew will lead the way with the AC update.
Please do not park in front of the building being worked on.
