This is the daily update regarding the roofing project for Delray Oaks West. As you are all aware today we continued the work on building # 2949 and our plan is to have this roof completed tomorrow with the exception of the metal coping cap.
Marcos will be bringing down a sample/template of the metal coping cap tomorrow to ensure a proper and tight fit. Currently to the best of our knowledge 2 of the AC units will be up and back running this evening, with the remaining 2 being up and running by the end of the day tomorrow.
HVAC update for brothers air. Curbs are mounted, units are set. As of now no HVAC equipment will be started today. All electrical, drainage and start up will be tomorrow.
Please do not park infront of the building being worked on.
Roofers will be working the weekend weather permitting.
