These dates are all weather dependent.
Monday the 18th 7:30-8:00 bldg 27 access to the units so ac can be tested and power then turn off to the ac for removal. Weather permitting.
Wednesday 20th 7:30-8:00 bldg 28 access to the units so ac can be tested and power then turn off to the ac for removal. Weather permitting.
Tuesday the 26th bldg 29 access to the units so ac can be tested and power then turn off to the ac for removal. Weather permitting.
OOPS! Thursday the 28th Bldg 1 access to the units so ac can be tested and power then turn off to the ac for removal. Weather permitting.
All units are working now bldg 26. Got a few calls of units going off and on. I’m sure the roofers are moving drains to remove/replace which may trip the float switch.
At this time if roofers are known to be on the roof and the home owner loses a/c it’s safe to assume that’s what happening. Shut the a/c off for 10 minutes and turn back on.
