Update: AC Roof, Unit Access, Parking

1–2 minutes

We would like to provide you with important information regarding the ongoing AC project.

Matthew with Brothers AC will need access to each unit with AC systems between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM to test the system and shut off power prior to removal. Access will be needed again later in the day, hopefully by noon, to restore power. If power cannot be restored the same day, it will be completed first thing the following morning.

Please review the following important reminders to help ensure the project runs smoothly:

  • Access to Units: If you are not home, please make arrangements for access. Todd is available to assist with letting workers in if contacted in advance.
  • Pets: Do not leave pets unattended if someone else will be providing access to your unit.
  • Parking: Please do not park in front of buildings that are actively being worked on.
  • Patio Areas: Stack patio furniture next to the fence on the side with your gate. Gates must be unlocked to allow for tarp placement and cleanup.
  • Safety: Use caution when entering or exiting your unit during active work. Workers may be on the ground—please call out when exiting to ensure safety.
  • Work Schedule: No work will take place on weekends.
  • Daily Updates: Progress updates will be shared daily so you can plan accordingly.
  • Clubhouse Access: The clubhouse will be available as a comfortable space to work or relax while your AC is offline.
  • AC Installation Note: If you have not made prior arrangements for a new AC unit and provided that information to Matthew, your existing unit will be reinstalled. There is not sufficient time to coordinate new permits, curbs, or additional contractors during this process.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience as this important project is completed. Please continue to look out for your neighbors and help keep the community safe and accessible during this time.

If you have any questions or need assistance coordinating access, please do not hesitate to reach out.
