Starting May 6: The clubhouse parking lot and two other areas in the parking lots will be setup for storage of the material and equipment.
Please do Not Park in front of the buildings being worked on to give access and prevent damage to your vehicles.
Below is an update on the upcoming roof project and what to expect over the next few weeks.
Project Timeline (Weather Permitting):
- May 6: Staging will begin with Alliance.
- May 7–8: Work will commence on Building 31.
- Starting May 11: Roofing will begin on Building 7, followed by Buildings 26, 27, 28, 29, 1, 2, and 3.
Please note that all scheduling is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
To ensure everyone is informed and has an opportunity to ask questions, a Zoom meeting will be scheduled next week with Alliance, Brother’s AC, Mahogany Services, and the affected unit owners. The meeting will be recorded and made available on the community website for those unable to attend.
