We recieved the last waiver signed on 2-12-2026 and have been waiting on permits since the beginning of the year.
The roof permits had to be approved before the ac permits could be started.
Thursday of last week the roof permits were approved and the ac company is working with the City engineers on the permits.
We had no idea the city would take 10 weeks to approve. And until be know about the ac permits getting approved and a timeline is set we will let everyone know.
