2. Mahoghany will respond to the unit owner as to how the work order will be handled within 48 Hrs.
A. Sent to Maintenance for on site repair.
B. Sent to our vendor in the particular field.
C. Forwarded to the board for consideration.
3. Time lines can’t be given.
Mahogany will track all work orders till complete, give a status report at the monthly board meeting.
No work orders will be accepted at the clubhouse anymore.
