Dear Delray Oaks Residents:
Alliance Roofing has started at Building 52 working down cleaning and recoating the flat roofs.
They clean the roofs off first, let dry and then coat them the next day; weather permitting.
Please keep your patios as clear as you can.
They do clean up as they go as long, as long as the gate is open.
They work Monday through Friday again weather permitting.
