Dear Delray Oaks Homeowners:
Thank you to all that all that participated in Monday’s Board meeting.
Many of you still have questions with reference to the air conditioning systems on your roof.
Please note there will be a special meeting on Monday, July 8th at 6:00PM in the clubhouse to discuss individual’s roof and AC issues.
Please sign up prior in the clubhouse to alert the Board that you will attend so that they can pull the pictures of your roof and AC unit to ensure that you understand what needs to be done to comply.
It is very important that you attend this meeting if you have questions.
