1. Roof leaks and maintenance started 4-17 for 2 weeks. Notices were posted for affected units to keep gates unlocked and furniture and other items protected from debris and clean up.
2. 23 light poles have been repaired or replaced.

4. Contracts for the parking lot repairs and paving were signed this week.
5. Landscape plan for the pool has been approved.
6. New pool furniture should be in anytime .
