Please be aware that the Annual roof maintenance and leak repairs will be starting at the end of next week.
Homeowners and tenants of the quads with the flat roofs need to leave their gates unlocked so they can clean up the patios after they get done with the cleaning.
If your patio is locked no one will be coming back to clean up.
