This is the Second Notice of the Annual Meeting for Purpose of DOW Board Election.
Dear Delray Oaks West Homeowners:
By now you should have received your package for the Annual Meeting which included the ballots and envelopes for voting for the Board of Directors. If you have not received yours, Todd will have extra ones at the Delray Oaks West office or if you are not in town, please contact Mahogany’s office and we will be happy to mail you one.
Once competed, you can mail the envelope to Mahogany’s office, bring it directly to Mahogany’s office and leave in the box outside the door or you can drop it in the mail chute at the Delray Oaks West office and it will be brought to us. Please remember all ballots MUST be in our office prior to the start of the meeting to be valid. It is very important that you vote and also include the proxy for quorum purposes only.
The Zoom invite will be posted on the Owner’s Protected page by 5:00 on Tuesday, February 1st.
