On February 6, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the clubhouse of Delray Oaks Condominium Association No. 2, Inc., Delray Beach, Florida, the Annual Meeting of the Association with be held. Part of this meeting is for the purpose of filling the five positions of the Board of Directors, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
Elections of directors is deemed satisfied in accordance with Florida Statutes, no voting is required. Your Board of Directors shall be: Charlotte Dilks, Larry Fried, Douglas Harris, Todd Kennedy, and Lisa Wexler.
