Annual Meeting Feb. 6

The annual meeting of the Association is scheduled for February 6, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse. Part of this meeting is for the purpose of filling the five positions on the Board of Directors.

Elections of directors is deemed satisfied in accordance with Florida Statues; no voting is required.  Your Board of Directors shall be: Charlotte Dilks, Larry Fried, Douglas Harris, Todd Kennedy, and Lisa Wexler. There is no quorum required for the elections or the election of officers.

  1. Call Meeting to order and establish a quorum.
  2.  Proof of Notice.
  3. Aproval of Minutes from Annual Meeting.
  4.  Old Business.
  5. New Business.
    1. Election Results.
  6. Adjournment.
  7. Organizational Meeting for the Board of Directors.
  8. Adjournment.
